All staff: Raquel on reception was simply adorable, Ana also..the guys at the Concierge, helping us with our restaurant bookings and the parking of the car. The cleaning staff, although we never saw them, their presence was undoubtedly there. Location, very accessible. Close to all major attractions. Great room. Even though we were facing the construction.

Very good location and very clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were extremely comfortable, the bar waiter was very friendly and there was some live music on Saturday evening.

The service, room, facilities and location were so good that I have to give this hotel a very positive review despite the fact that there is extensive and noisy Metro construction going on outside. This of course is not the hotel's fault and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. Fortunately the construction was mostly not going on while we were sleeping. If you are able to get a courtyard view (instead of a street view), then you will not be very inconvenienced by the construction. After-hours and on Sunday we opened our wonderful Juliet-balcony doors wide and it was lovely. The breakfast restaurant is lovely and the service very good. The breakfast choices are also very good. Also the hotel itself is really lovely, inside and out.

This is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice and large. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant at dinner. Although the construction out front was unfortunate and just a bit inconvenient, it did not dampen our enjoyment of the hotel itself or our visit to Porto. Even though our room overlooked the square and construction, the noice never bothered us since we were always up by the time the construction started anyway. We have no regrets over choosing this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel located right in the city center, walking distance to all the attractions, also close to shopping street. Room in good size, very cozy and comfort. Breakfast is good, so much choices, my teenage is happy with the food.

The hotel had amazing service and was in a perfect central location. Also the breakfast buffet offered is worth it and amazing! Loved the service that the staff provided for an enjoyable girls trip especially the connecting rooms and egg tarts offered to us in our rooms!

The location of the hotel was on point as it is located around the main square, however there is major construction taking place as they are working on connecting an underground transportation station. The noise level was better than expected. The room was very clean and a good size! The staff was very friendly! They were helpful in giving us recommendations for good local places to go, as well as, giving us directions. They happily greeted us at every coming and going.

The hotel is in the middle of the city so it was a bit crowded, but you’re close to everything. The rooms are pretty. The hotel lobby too. Staff are very professional and accommodating. We lost our luggage and the staff called the airlines every day many times until we got it back.

Fantastic location! Only global-brand hotel in the old town. Close to all attractions and good restaurants. The staff at the front door and concierge were exceptionally friendly!

The location is great! Right in the center of all of the tourist sights. The concierge was VERY helpful with directions to sights, explaining what to see, and helping us book train tickets to Lisbon.
